Overview

Wisdom Press LLC offers a 30-day refund policy for unused, undamaged books in original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Eligible Items: Unused books with original packaging and purchase receipt.
  • Ineligible Items:
    • Books with visible signs of use (e.g., creased spines, writing, stains).
    • Digital products (if offered) or final sale items marked “Non-Returnable”.

Return Process

  1. Email book@wisdompress.io within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number within 2 business days.
  3. Ship items to:

  4. Include a copy of the RA number and order confirmation in the package.

Refund Timing

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of inspecting returned items.
  • Credits will be applied to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless an incorrect item was sent.

Damaged/Defective Items

  • Report damaged books within 7 days of delivery with photos to book@wisdompress.io.
  • We will provide a free replacement or full refund (including shipping costs).

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply to:
  • Books with obvious signs of use upon return.
  • Items returned without original packaging (at our discretion).

Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale items marked “Final Sale”.
  • Gifts without a valid receipt (store credit may be offered).

Gift Returns

  • Gift recipients without a receipt will receive store credit.
  • Refunds for gifts purchased without a “gift” designation will be issued to the original buyer.
