  • Bulk orders (10+ books) may take 3–5 business days to process.

Tracking & Delivery

  • A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
  • Orders over $100 require signature confirmation upon delivery.
  • We are not responsible for delays due to weather, carrier issues, or incorrect shipping information.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
  • PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are eligible for Standard shipping only.

Address Changes

  • Shipping addresses cannot be modified once an order has been processed. Please verify your address at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Report lost packages within 5 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and book condition.
